Return & Refund

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers) 

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.

B. Return Conditions 

To be accepted, all returns must comply with the following conditions:
– Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, unwashed, and with their tags.
– Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and in good condition.
– Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, opened cosmetic products) or if they are personalized. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

C. Return Procedure Notification of withdrawal: 

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please inform us of your decision to return a product via:
– An email to hello@wrksagency.com, specifying your order number and the items concerned.

Package preparation: 

Carefully pack the product(s) to be returned, including a copy of your invoice and/or the withdrawal form.

Sending the package: 

Send the package to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery method to avoid any disputes.

D. Refund 

Once we have received and verified the condition of the returned products, we will proceed with the refund for the returned items (excluding initial shipping costs, except in cases of non-conformity or defective products) within a maximum of fourteen (14) days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

E. Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

F. Defective or Non-Conforming Products 

In case of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, please contact us immediately at hello@wrksagency.com, attaching photos of the product. We will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and proceed with a replacement or a full refund, including initial shipping costs.
